Promotions and Giveaway Terms

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Making a transfer or a purchase will not increase your chances of winning, unless the official post of a specific giveaway states otherwise and this is permitted by applicable law.

Giveaways run on social media are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, WhatsApp or any other platform. By entering, you release these platforms from any liability and acknowledge that you are providing your information to Via Express, not to the platform. You must also comply with the rules of the platform on which the giveaway runs.

• Open to individuals aged 18 or older, legally resident in a country where participation is permitted by law.
• Employees of BR Corporation SA, their immediate family members (parents, children, spouses, siblings) and affiliates are not eligible.
• Minors are strictly prohibited from participating, even with the authorisation of a legal guardian.
• Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

• Participants must follow the specific instructions published in the official giveaway post to be eligible.
• Only one entry per person is allowed, unless the official post states otherwise.
• Incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated, automated or non-compliant entries will be disqualified.

• The winner is selected at random on the date announced in the official post, unless another method is stated there.
• We may request documents to verify the winner's identity and eligibility.
• The winner is contacted by phone, email or direct message within the timeframe specified after the draw. If the winner cannot be reached within 7 (seven) business days, or does not meet the eligibility requirements, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

• The prize is described in the official giveaway post.
• The prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other compensation, unless stated otherwise.
• Any taxes, duties or charges related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• If the stated prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

• The winner must provide the information reasonably required to receive the prize.
• Failure to provide the required information, or to comply with these terms, results in disqualification.

By accepting a prize, the winner grants BR Corporation SA the right to use their first name, city, images, videos and testimonials in connection with the giveaway for promotional purposes, where permitted by law and subject to the winner's data-protection rights, without additional compensation. The winner may withdraw consent for future use by contacting us, subject to uses already made.

Personal data provided for a giveaway is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, only for the purpose of running the giveaway, contacting winners, and meeting legal obligations. See the Privacy Policy for your rights and how to exercise them.

We may modify, suspend or cancel a giveaway at any time for technical, legal or operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to inform participants through official channels where this happens.

• These terms, together with the official post, form the entire agreement between the participant and BR Corporation SA regarding the giveaway.
• Any attempt at fraud or breach of these terms results in immediate disqualification.
• We are not responsible for technical failures, connectivity issues, data loss, or other difficulties that prevent participation.
• Participation implies full acceptance of these terms and of our policies.

These terms may be updated. The terms in force at the time of participation apply. Participants are advised to review this page periodically.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Genève, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory rules that apply to you.
